Jeff Galloway Run/Walk Method

Jeff Galloway’s run/walk method intrigued me with the goal of “finishing in the upright position.”  Jeff outlines this on both his website and in his many books.  Currently I am training with a 2:30 ratio.  Walk breaks help me to reduce fatigue and also speed my recovery in preparation for my quests for Goofy and 50 Marathons in 50 States by the time I turn 50.  I use a Garmin 910XT when training to track my intervals.
